THE CLAIR SENSES - PART 2

Writer's picture: SukiSuki

It was so much fun sharing the first 4 Clair senses with you in Part 1! I’m confident there were many of you who could identify with at least one of them. Here in Part 2, I’ll cover 4 additional Clair senses that may not be as well known, but they’re very real, and very

useful nonetheless…enjoy!

A silver pocket watch with a chain, showing 4:01. It rests on a cream cloth background. The watch face reads "DAWN" and "QUARTZ."

CLAIRTANGENCY:

This Clair is named after the word “tangible” and translates as clear touch (or tangibility). Different from Clairsentience where we feel sensations from others in our own bodies, with Clairtangency, we receive messages when we touch objects with our hands or bodies. For example, Clairtangents can hold your great-grandfather’s pocket watch and know who it belonged to and other details about his life. Others will be very affected by the energy of an entire building or outdoor space where they can tell what happened there—good or bad. These people can also hold a picture and suddenly receive a download of information about the person or place in the image.

CLAIRALIENCE:

Translated as clear smelling, also known as Clairolfaction, relating to our olfactory system which allows us to detect and decipher different aromas. With this Clair, people will often say they can smell the perfume or cologne of someone who has passed. Or if the deceased smoked cigarettes or a pipe, one may get a brief whiff of cigarette smoke or tobacco when nobody around is smoking. Clairalients pick up on distinct fragrances that were special to a person, place or animal. Amazing!

CLAIRGUSTANCE:

Translated as clear taste, this is probably the least common of the Clairs. You would think with the world’s vast interest in food and drink that more individuals would have this ability. I guess you could say it requires a “refined palate”. With this Clair, people will literally taste flavors without anything being present in their mouths, like that cherry pie their aunt used to make, or the bourbon your father drank. Some will at times get the taste of blood when connecting with someone who may have died tragically. Truly any flavor you can conjure up, those with Clairgustance can taste it; another fascinating way for us as humans to communicate and understand!

CLAIREMPATHY:

Translated as clear empathy (or emotion), this Clair is often confused with Clairsentience. Again, Clarisentience is when individuals feel physical sensations in their bodies that don’t belong to them i.e.: pain in the chest or head, etc.

When referring to Clairempathy, we are talking about sensing another person’s emotions. This can happen while we are with someone, but it can also be tied to how someone felt in the past, or in the future. These people can also tap into the emotions of others who are not in their physical presence—like those stories of mothers who just know their child is sad, but the mom is at home and the child is at school. Those with Clairempathy need to honor the emotion coming through and then remember it’s not theirs and thoughtfully let it go. You do not need to cling to another’s emotions, only use it as a tool for better understanding.

So again, if any, or all, of these Clair senses sound like you…then congratulations, you’re psychic! If you would like to develop your Clair senses, I recommend starting with your primary (or strongest) one. Feel free to contact me for details and techniques, and in the meantime, I would love to get your feedback, and find out what mystical, metaphysical and spiritual questions you have. Thank you for taking time to learn with me, and know wherever you are on your journey, we are all divinely united and loved.

Be well,

Suki
